DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 7+ years of experience and a CBAP certification to join our banking client on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Customer Relationship Systems (CRS), Agile methodologies, and process transformation (Waterfall to Agile). Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder presentations, and translating business needs into Agile Epics, User Stories, and Wireframes are essential. Experience with Kofax, UI/UX principles, WCAG compliance, and Book of Record (BoR) clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to define system and process improvements.
• Support the transition from Waterfall to Agile, ensuring best practices in Agile delivery (Agile certification preferred).
• Develop Agile Epics, User Stories, Wireframes, and Layouts, ensuring clear Acceptance Criteria are defined.
• Analyze and optimize Customer Relationship Systems (CRS) to enhance business workflows.
• Present findings, solutions, and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a structured manner.
• Ensure digital solutions comply with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to improve customer experience and interface design.
• Work with Kofax for document management and process automation.
• Maintain and validate the Book of Record (BoR) for client data accuracy.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in banking/financial services.
• CBAP certification (required).
• Strong experience with Customer Relationship Systems (CRS).
• Proven track record in Agile transformation (Waterfall to Agile); Agile certification is a plus.
• Expertise in creating Epics, User Stories, Wireframes, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Hands-on experience with Kofax, UI/UX principles, and WCAG compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
