Location: Toronto (hybrid x2/week in office)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Content Writer who can help us create and manage content. You will work with 26 product teams at TR to write, review, and sell API documentation. Your work will be aimed at external markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and explain API concepts.
- Write and review API documentation.
- Position content for external audiences.
- Create new documentation using AEM and Adobe CMS.
- Build SEO and marketing content.
- Conduct A/B testing and marketing.
- Use GitHub to commit changes and manage pull requests.
- Write content in Markdown format.
- Add AI-related content and lead the framing for AI projects.
- Help shape the tone and voice of our conversational UI (Chatbot).
Requirements:
- Knowledge of HTML and JSON
- Knowledge of HTML.
- Ability to use AI tools for drafting content.
- Background in tech, preferably from Amazon or a financial institution (nice to have).
- Portfolio submission (nice to have).
Skills:
- Technical writing experience
- SEO and marketing
- A/B testing

- AI content creation
- AEM and Adobe CMS (nice to have).

The pay rate that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $30-$35/hr CAD
