Job Summary:
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (CE) Solution Architect to join our growing Microsoft Business Applications practice. This role requires a strategic thinker who can design, architect, and oversee the implementation of end-to-end D365 CRM/CE solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure services, and third-party integrations, and will act as a trusted advisor to both client and internal delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of D365 CRM/CE solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing system solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution vision, roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
- Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, from presales and discovery to deployment and support.
- Provide thought leadership and best practices in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Microsoft Cloud services.
- Ensure alignment with Microsoft's roadmap and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Guide and mentor project teams, developers, and functional consultants.
- Engage in technical pre-sales, including RFP responses, solution demos, and effort estimation.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE, including at least 3+ years in an architect or lead role.
- Proven expertise in designing solutions using Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing).
- Good understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Azure services, and custom development (Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, C#).
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, DevOps, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Experience with integrations using REST APIs, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and third-party systems.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 are highly preferred.
