About the Role

As a Part-Time Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while helping clients create beautifully designed spaces. You'll work closely with our design team and clients to provide personalized design recommendations, support retail operations, and enhance the overall in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored design suggestions.
• Assist customers in selecting furniture, décor, and accessories that reflect their personal style and lifestyle.
• Maintain a well-organized, visually appealing retail environment that aligns with our firm's aesthetic.
• Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and responsive service.
• Collaborate with the design team on projects to ensure a seamless client journey.
• Stay up to date on interior design trends and product offerings to provide informed advice.
• Accurately handle sales transactions, including cash and electronic payments.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience in home décor or interior design is required.
• Strong understanding of customer experience principles and a proven history of outstanding service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A keen eye for design and current style trends.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to support all areas of retail operations and collaborate with the broader team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
