A premium Canadian craft brand in the alcoholic beverage space is conducting a search for a dynamic Chief Executive Officer to lead a bold growth initiative. With production capacity in place and premium products ready to scale, the company is seeking a growth-focused CEO to unlock distribution and revenue opportunities across key markets.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-potential business with a strong product portfolio and brand foundation - and take it to market at speed.

What You'll Do

As CEO, you will own the company's growth trajectory with full leadership over:

  • Sales strategy and execution, with a focus on national and international distribution channels
  • Digital growth across eCommerce, website performance, paid media, and customer acquisition funnels
  • Recruiting, leading, and empowering a high-performing sales and marketing team
  • Building strategic partnerships, retail relationships, and wholesale distribution networks
  • Overseeing daily operations while aligning execution with high-level business strategy
  • Representing the company to investors, industry stakeholders, and partners
  • Reporting directly to the ownership group and driving overall business performance

Who You Are

We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven leader who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven experience in sales within the beverage industry (alcoholic or non-alcoholic; craft/alcoholic beverage experience is a major plus)
  • Background in driving growth via digital and direct-to-consumer channels, website optimization, and eCommerce
  • Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills
  • Canadian citizenship and ability to travel across Canada and internationally as needed
  • Based in Victoria, Vancouver, or Toronto
  • Previous experience scaling consumer products or early-stage brands
  • Comfortable working in an agile, entrepreneurial environment
  • Immediate availability to step into a leadership role and take action
