Our client located in Burlington is looking for a Bilingual Account Manager to add to their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing ongoing support to clients
  • Building rapport with clients
  • Supporting assigned clients with changes, new products/service and new program
  • Generating reports and addressing concerns
  • Troubleshooting issues with clients
  • Presenting new initiatives and supporting sales team
  • Any other duties as required

The ideal candidate will/must have:

  • Fluently Bilingual in both French and English
  • 1-3 years of account management experience
  • College and/or University Degree
  • Strong customer services skills
  • Superior working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to multi-tasks
  • Strong critical and analytical skills
