Phase Mechanical is on the lookout for a skilled Lead Hand Plumber to join its growing team. Work on exciting projects like residential high-rises, hotels, and commercial buildings, with a company that knows how to treat its people.

What You'll Do:

• Lead plumbing and mechanical installs, repairs, and maintenance (HVAC, refrigeration, etc.)
• Work with the team to keep projects on track, on time, and up to code
• Mentor apprentices and journeymen while ensuring safety and quality
• Handle day-to-day operations and work with the Project Management team to keep things running smoothly
• Prepare reports, blueprints, and make sure everything's running according to plan

What We're Looking For:

• Red Seal Plumber with 3+ years of experience
• Leadership skills and experience managing plumbing and mechanical teams
• Solid understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and the BC Plumbing Code
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and managing site operations
• Strong communicator who thrives in a team environment
• Experience working on high-rise residential buildings
