Contract Operations Administrative Support

Location: On-site at Mosaic's Belle Plaine, SK facility

Position Type: Contract

As a key support partner to our frontline supervisors, you'll play an essential role in maintaining efficient workflows, supporting maintenance activities, and ensuring seamless people operations.

What You'll Do:

You'll be the go-to administrative expert, helping to coordinate and streamline both maintenance and workforce management tasks. Your day-to-day will include:

Maintenance & Operations Support

  • Enter and manage work orders in SAP, including emergency requests
  • Track the full lifecycle of maintenance work orders
  • Coordinate parts and organize maintenance assignments
  • Support job plan updates and distribute documentation
  • Maintain safety documents and standard operating procedures

People & Workforce Administration

  • Assist with timekeeping and attendance in Kronos (e.g., correcting punches, tracking leave)
  • Manage employee records in Workday (e.g., training, union dues, qualifications)
  • Support job requisitions, transfers, and schedule updates
  • Coordinate onboarding tasks (IT setup, PPE, orientation)
  • Handle service award eligibility and distribution
  • Submit IT, access, and mobile device requests

What You Bring:

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SAP, Maximo, Kronos, and Workday
  • Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of maintenance planning and HR processes
  • Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency
