KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Architect GenAI-based platforms and tools across capital markets workflows (e.g., trade automation, pricing assistants, predictive analytics).

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define target-state AI architecture aligned with business goals and regulatory frameworks.

Develop technical blueprints incorporating large language models (LLMs), prompt frameworks, and RAG pipelines.

Analyze current-state systems and define clear roadmaps with ROI metrics, KPIs, and model performance benchmarks.

Deliver architecture artifacts including functional diagrams, data flow models, infrastructure plans, and cost estimates.

Partner with cross-functional engineering and data science teams to ensure seamless GenAI solution deployment and lifecycle management.

Ensure robust governance and responsible AI implementation (bias mitigation, explainability, compliance).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

7+ years in capital markets technology roles; 3+ years in AI/ML solution or enterprise architecture.

Strong command of GenAI tooling: OpenAI/GPT, LangChain, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS), embedding models.

Hands-on experience deploying AI use cases in trading, sales, or pricing environments.

Deep cross-asset knowledge: FX, Equities, Rates, Credit.

Strong technical stack: Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, APIs, REST/GraphQL, AWS/Azure ML ecosystems.

Expertise with data modeling, MLOps, and model governance.
