- Complexity of projects ranges from simple projects with minimal risks/ uncertainty to medium level projects with some high impact risks and multiple project variables with uncertainty.
- Excellent understanding of IP, MPLS, WAN, Ethernet, Wireless networking technologies. Experience with Sonic Operating System on Dell or any other hardware. Experience with data centre design, security principles, computing infrastructure.
- Engaged by the unknowns of implementing emergent technologies and industry standards. Experience with Cisco 6500 and Nexus 5000 is highly desired.
- Must have experience working in an enterprise Datacenter environment Cloud migration experience is preferred.
Physical Demands
- Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
- Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
- Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
Must Have:
- 7 to 10 years of related experience.
- Experience in similar job roles such as the design of local area and wide area networks.
- 2 to 4 years experience in a similar technical analyst/ network specialist role supporting Cisco equipment and software Experience with Sonic Operating System on Dell or any other hardware Experience on IP networks and Cisco Networking Products
