About the Role

This is a hands-on, dual-role position where your creativity and technical skills will be key to producing top-tier visual products. You'll take projects from concept through to completion - operating wide-format print equipment, designing custom graphics, and ensuring everything meets our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain wide-format printers and finishing equipment
• Prepare and process print files using design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, etc.)
• Design and layout graphics for signage, banners, decals, vehicle wraps, and more
• Ensure color accuracy and consistency across all output
• Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
• Communicate with team members and clients to ensure expectations are met
• Maintain a clean and organized production area
• Order materials and supplies for the wide format department

Qualifications

• Experience operating wide-format printing equipment and RIP software
• Strong graphic design skills with a sharp eye for detail
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, and general file preparation
• Knowledge of color management and wide-format printing processes
• Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into effective designs
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate in a team environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vehicle wraps, banner printing, or signage production
• Familiarity with wide-format substrates and finishing techniques
• Working knowledge of print file standards and production best practices
