Technical Product Manager

Focus:
- Define and evolve the product roadmap aligned with both business strategy and user feedback.
- Lead customer discovery initiatives by conducting interviews, shadowing workflows, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, customer success) to translate market needs into clear product specs and user stories.
- Own sprint planning, feature prioritization, and delivery timelines-balancing new feature development, infrastructure, and customer-driven initiatives.
- Participate in QA and release management to ensure quality rollouts with minimal disruption.
- Continuously analyze usage data and feedback to refine features and iterate quickly.
- Support enterprise client engagements, providing technical context and strategic alignment in customer conversations.
- Serve as a technical liaison between stakeholders and engineers, leveraging knowledge of APIs, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
Skill Set:
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or platform-based businesses.
- Strong grasp of modern product management practices, particularly in agile environments.
- Background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field (formal or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience or fluency with JavaScript, Python, AWS, and system integrations.
- Proven ability to identify problems, define solutions, and validate assumptions.
- Experience leading QA efforts and collaborating with customer success teams for successful product releases.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments with evolving requirements (startup or scale-up experience preferred).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Figma, PowerBI.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with sectors like connected vehicle technology, smart mobility solutions, or AI-driven platforms.
