What Will You Do?

Responsibilities

As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing all HR functions at the facility. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition efforts
  • Managing employee relations and performance management processes
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations
  • Designing and delivering training and development programs
  • Overseeing compensation and benefits programs
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR matters
  • Fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with the company's sustainability values

What Do You Bring?

  • Proven HR management experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle management
  • Experience in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
  • Solid understanding of training and development strategies
  • Experience managing compensation and benefits programs
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
