The Role:

We're hiring an entry-level Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day operations across multiple departments. You'll help with backend systems, marketing execution, and payment coordination - ensuring the machine runs smoothly.

This is the perfect role for someone early in their career who's passionate about music, detail-oriented, and hungry to learn how a high-growth startup operates.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with social media posting and basic content scheduling (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Open and manage new accounts for clients and internal systems
• Track and pay invoices through PayPal, Wise, and other platforms
• Collect outstanding payments from partners and clients
• Pay our virtual assistants (VAs) and contractors on time
• Help maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and task trackers
• Support the marketing and fulfillment teams with ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Recent graduate (or 1-2 years experience) in marketing, business, or music-related fields
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Solid knowledge of Instagram and basic social platforms
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, digital tools, and multitasking
• Bonus: Experience in music, digital marketing, or startups
