Role Overview

You'll be the face and voice of our brand on social media platforms. Whether you're a fresh graduate eager to learn or a skilled marketer with a strong personal social media presence, this part-time role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and post engaging social media content (including videos where you appear on camera)
• Manage and grow our social media accounts by interacting with followers and responding to messages
• Develop content ideas that align with brand goals and audience interests
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics to improve engagement and reach
• Stay on top of platform trends and suggest relevant content ideas
• Collaborate with the internal team during in-person office days; coordinate remotely on others

Qualifications

• Native-level English fluency is required, as the position involves creating on-camera content, engaging with our English-speaking audience, and representing the voice of the brand.
• Comfortable being on camera and creating video content
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
• Either:
• A fresh graduate with strong motivation to learn and grow
• Or an experienced candidate with a proven social media presence (please include links to your accounts or content)
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule (2 days in-office, remaining days remote)
• Basic video editing or content creation skills using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
