Job Title: SalesForce Developer

Job Type: Contract until end of September + possibility of extension. 2 days on-site (Tuesday and Thursday), located in Burnaby BC.

Job Salary: $50 - $55 / Hour depending on experience.

Day to Day

Insight Global is looking for a SalesForce Developer to join a dynamic team for an employer in Vancouver, BC. This person will flex across development, administration, coordination, and assist with data loads for both sales and service clouds. Day to day activities will also include:

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Support and enhance Field Service implementations, including mobile configurations, work orders, service appointments, and scheduling policies.
• Perform data migrations and bulk data loads using tools like Data Loader.
• Provide admin support across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including user setup, permissions, and configuration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the go-live and hypercare phases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Document technical solutions and configurations.

Must Haves

• 3-7 years of experience as a Salesforce developer
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong experience working with API's and salesforce to connect to third party applications
• Excellent communication to work across technical and non-technical business units
• Demonstrated experience with configurations, custom fields, roles, hierarchies, and flows
• Holds a Salesforce certification
• BONUS: Experience with Field Service
