- Should be Certified in SFDC Admin Or has understanding of Admin concepts, overall understanding of various clouds (Sales/Service/Experience/Marketing/Finance)
- Should be able to analyze business requirements and support senior BA's with stories creation and grooming to the development team
- Can assist with Production support activities and able to resolve simple/medium prod support issues/defects
- Can assist with release management activities including automated deployment via set up Devops Pipelines
- Ability and willingness to scale up as a Business Analyst/Functional consultant as needed.
