Position: SFDC Techno Functional consultant

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are seeking a SFDC Techno Functional consultant with 2-4 Years of Experience.

What we are looking for:

• Should be Certified in SFDC Admin Or has understanding of Admin concepts, overall understanding of various clouds (Sales/Service/Experience/Marketing/Finance)
• Should be able to analyze business requirements and support senior BA's with stories creation and grooming to the development team
• Can assist with Production support activities and able to resolve simple/medium prod support issues/defects
• Can assist with release management activities including automated deployment via set up Devops Pipelines
• Ability and willingness to scale up as a Business Analyst/Functional consultant as needed
• Open to work in Hybrid mode - 3 Days WFO per week
