As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing strong client relationships. You'll collaborate closely with our Safety, Logistics, and Project Management teams to ensure each project meets client specifications and expectations.

Role Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive new business, expand existing account portfolios, and retain key customers, achieving profitable sales growth within the assigned territory.

Identify, engage, and onboard new customers, building long-term relationships that align with company goals.

Analyze customer needs and market trends to proactively deliver tailored support and solutions.

Maintain current knowledge of active and upcoming projects to anticipate client needs and capitalize on early sales opportunities.

Stay informed on market conditions, industry innovations, and competitor offerings; provide clients with relevant insights as part of a consultative, value-added approach.

Oversee customer accounts throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial quote to final delivery, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.

Contribute to pricing strategy and management aimed at increasing market share and maintaining competitiveness.

Track and report on key metrics, including activities, results, customer interactions, project history, and profitability.

Operate with a high degree of autonomy, demonstrating initiative and accountability for individual success.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.

Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements (About you):

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales with concrete products, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, driving revenue growth.

Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to plan strategically and execute business plans effectively.

Demonstrated skills in networking, customer service, and negotiation to support long-term business development.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across roles-including purchasers, estimators, project managers, and on-site personnel.
