Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated and autonomous Sales Administrator (Design) to join our successful team in a retail environment at our secondary showroom location. If you're passionate about design, staging, and effective communication across all organizational levels, we want you on our team.

The successful candidate is a total people-person with superb customer service and some sales skills. You'll play a key role in ensuring seamless business operations. This position is tailored for individuals who excel in working with high-end Residential and Trade clientele and thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including but not limited to answering phones, managing emails, and handling office correspondence
• Serve high-end retail clients by leveraging in-depth product knowledge to provide tailored solutions
• Assist with day-to-day project management, including proposals, spatial plans, colour presentations, and budgets
• Maintain and update databases, records, and customer information
• Follow sales operations and reporting processes
• Maintain organized and efficient filing systems
• Work closely with a range of people across the company (sales, marketing, logistics, etc.)
