What You'll Be Doing:

As the Site Superintendent, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential construction sites, primarily single-family and townhome projects across the Edmonton area. You'll lead site activities from ground break to possession, ensuring timelines, quality, safety, and budgets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities for multiple residential builds
• Coordinate and supervise trades, suppliers, and inspectors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to spec
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and internal teams
• Conduct walkthroughs and ensure homes are handed over to clients in top condition

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in residential construction
• Proven track record delivering single-family and multi-unit townhomes
• Strong knowledge of Alberta Building Code and Edmonton development regulations
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with trades and team members
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
