What You'll Be Doing:
As the Site Superintendent, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of residential construction sites, primarily single-family and townhome projects across the Edmonton area. You'll lead site activities from ground break to possession, ensuring timelines, quality, safety, and budgets are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site construction activities for multiple residential builds
- Coordinate and supervise trades, suppliers, and inspectors
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to spec
- Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and internal teams
- Conduct walkthroughs and ensure homes are handed over to clients in top condition
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in residential construction
- Proven track record delivering single-family and multi-unit townhomes
- Strong knowledge of Alberta Building Code and Edmonton development regulations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with trades and team members
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
