We're hiring on behalf of GameStrat - Customer Success Associate (Sports Tech, Ottawa-based)

Bahia is proud to partner with GameStrat, a fast-growing startup and leader in instant replay software for sports coaching, to help them find their next Customer Success Associate.

GameStrat was founded by former University of Ottawa football players who saw a major gap in in-game coaching tools. What started as a competitive edge for their own team quickly became the go-to replay solution across football, hockey, lacrosse, and even military training environments.

Now, they're scaling - and looking for someone who's passionate about sports and thrives under pressure to join their Customer Success & Support Team.

The Role

This is not your average CS job. You'll become a go-to expert on GameStrat's products, helping onboard new teams, support coaches during high-stakes game days, and manage ongoing customer relationships.

You'll be:

• Supporting customers during live game days (Thurs-Sat evenings in football season)
• Answering calls, emails, and chats to make sure teams are set up for success
• Managing renewals and onboarding during the off-season
• Working closely with coaches to help them get the most out of GameStrat's tech

This role is based in Ottawa and requires the ability to travel within Canada and the U.S.

• Fast learner with a high level of attention to detail
• Comfortable with irregular hours (especially Aug-Dec)
• Gritty, proactive, and calm in high-stress situations

Bonus points if you've worked in support, startups, or sports before.
