Company Description:

Cereal Post is an award winning roster of Vancouver-based talent, who love the craft of post production. We have 4 senior editors on our roster and an in-house colourist. For motion, we tap into a network of freelancers, paired with some in-house capabilities from our 4 editors.

We wanted to create a studio where agencies, directors, and producers can access a seamless post production system. We pride ourselves on caring a lot about the projects that we take on.

In the year since our launch, we've been lucky enough to work with companies like Abus, Article, Arc'teryx, Monos, lululemon, and Square. As we look ahead, we're excited about the opportunity to expand our team, grow our capabilities, and continue to push the creative.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Post-Production Producer to oversee and manage the post-production process across commercials and documentaries. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and project manager who can coordinate between editorial, visual effects, sound, and finishing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest possible quality.

Important: We want to find someone who loves post production. We are looking for someone who is focused specifically on post production and doesn't have intentions of working in production.

Lastly, Cereal is a company with its eyes set on growth. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated to develop business, streamline our processes, and push the creative as far as possible. We want someone who is excited about the potential to build something special in Vancouver and beyond. The motto will be to wear many hats, get scrappy, and push the envelope. But, not solely for the sake of growth. We want to make sure we're always valuing our people, culture, and creativity, not strictly revenue and the bottom line.
