In this minimum 18-month maternity leave contact, as the Supply Chain Coordinator, a member of the Operations team, reporting to the Supply Chain manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service while handling inbound and outbound order management to ensure on-time customer delivery.
What You'll Do:
- Maintaining customer websites
- Create worksheets to have visibility on production for next season
- Customer orders: load platform with inventory, process orders received, communicate with the distribution centers (DC), upload and/or update the inventory in the DC's portal, processes new orders;
- Book appointments for all outgoing shipments on the customer's Transport Management System;
- Keep track of incoming goods to ensure merchandise is arriving on time to meet customer order dates;
- Prepare DCs paperwork/instructions to ship on time and in full;
- Create bills of lading and packing slips;
- Create/print labels for the DCs;
- Process orders and invoices once the goods are shipped;
- Reach out to sales/buyers if there are any discrepancies with the orders received;
- Work with A/R to create Return Authorizations
- Tracks and reports On Time and In Full performance;
- Is accountable for inventory accuracy throughout all ERP's;
- Processes B2C orders for both inhouse and external accounts;
What You Need:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of MS office Suite
- Bilingual
- Organized and detail-oriented;
- Strong team player
- Customer focused
- Knowledge of Visual 2000, an asset
