In this minimum 18-month maternity leave contact, as the Supply Chain Coordinator, a member of the Operations team, reporting to the Supply Chain manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service while handling inbound and outbound order management to ensure on-time customer delivery.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintaining customer websites
  • Create worksheets to have visibility on production for next season
  • Customer orders: load platform with inventory, process orders received, communicate with the distribution centers (DC), upload and/or update the inventory in the DC's portal, processes new orders;
  • Book appointments for all outgoing shipments on the customer's Transport Management System;
  • Keep track of incoming goods to ensure merchandise is arriving on time to meet customer order dates;
  • Prepare DCs paperwork/instructions to ship on time and in full;
  • Create bills of lading and packing slips;
  • Create/print labels for the DCs;
  • Process orders and invoices once the goods are shipped;
  • Reach out to sales/buyers if there are any discrepancies with the orders received;
  • Work with A/R to create Return Authorizations
  • Tracks and reports On Time and In Full performance;
  • Is accountable for inventory accuracy throughout all ERP's;
  • Processes B2C orders for both inhouse and external accounts;

What You Need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of MS office Suite
  • Bilingual
  • Organized and detail-oriented;
  • Strong team player
  • Customer focused
  • Knowledge of Visual 2000, an asset
