We're looking for a collaborative and tech-savvy Customer Digital Experience Analyst focused on enhancing FCC's digital sales capabilities to join our team. In this role, you'll help shape and support the customer journey across multiple digital platforms-including our website, customer portals, mobile app and email marketing tools. You'll work closely with developers and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, engaging digital experiences that drive business results.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Supporting and enhancing digital platforms including the website, customer portals, mobile app and email marketing systems
• Collaborating with developers and technical teams to implement and optimize digital solutions
• Contributing to digital sales campaigns by aligning platform capabilities with business objectives
• Representing business needs in technical discussions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
• Analyzing user feedback and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada's official languages.
What you'll do:
- Consult with business units on the development of ideas and web concepts
- Manage implementation of campaigns, online tactics, including projects
- Provide ongoing support, analytics and value-added insights to client business units

What you'll need:
