Our client is looking for a PowerBuilder Technical Lead. This is a part-time technical position, requiring up to 30 hours per week, onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.

Duration: This is a part-time technical position with up to 30 hours a week

Location: Onsite role located at a Government of Saskatchewan office in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada.

Must-Have Work Experience

• Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or an IT technical diploma with experience working in the IT sector.
• Demonstrated experience as a Senior PowerBuilder Technical Lead.
• The Government of Saskatchewan considers Senior level to be demonstrable experience leading design, development and implementation of major application enhancements and/or new projects.
• Demonstrated experience with PowerBuilder IDE 2022+
• Demonstrated experience leading, planning and performing PowerBuilder software version upgrades.
• Candidate is available to work onsite at a Government of Saskatchewan office in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada upon contract start date.
• Demonstrated experience with PowerBuilder IDE version 2022+ and OLE, PFC, Superclass.
• Demonstrated experience as a Lead PowerBuilder Developer including estimating, planning, requirements gathering, design, testing and implementing project activities (cite size of project and role in project).
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle Databases (such as versions 9, 11, 12, 19).
• Demonstrated experience with Quality Assurance methods and processes.
• Demonstrated experience with version control tools (e.g., Visual Source Safe, SVN, StarTeam, Git etc.)
• Demonstrated experience creating technical documentation and operation guides.
• Demonstrated experience with application support and Incident Management.
• Demonstrated experience with the following technologies is considered an asset:

• PL/SQL
• MS Azure
• API Web Services
• OAUTH
