IT Risk Management Analyst

Bedford, NS - Hybrid (2 days onsite)

12-Month Contract

We're seeking a Risk Management Analyst to support a growing technology risk team within capital markets. This role involves interpreting complex datasets to identify IT and cyber risks, developing visual reporting for stakeholders, and contributing to risk intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret large datasets related to IT and operational risk
• Develop visual reports and presentations (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Query databases using SQL to support data-driven decisions
• Collaborate across departments to mitigate risk
• (Nice to have) Build dashboards using Tableau and apply ML techniques

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of IT Risk Management experience
• Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Tableau
• Exposure to machine learning or analytics tools
• Understanding of risk frameworks and cybersecurity principles

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Work Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite at 90 Western Parkway, Bedford)
