Unified Commerce Group is looking for a strategic Growth Marketing Manager to drive revenue for multiple brands ( & ) under the UCG umbrella.

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the strategic vision and day-to-day operations of our paid media initiatives, including finding new opportunities in emerging/new marketing channels. You will be data driven, with deep knowledge of growth strategies, and have a large influence on the analytical and creative muscles of our team to directly impact our bottom line. It's an exciting opportunity for a passionate and results-driven marketer who is looking to make a significant impact.

Overview of your day-to-day

  • Oversee the strategy, management, and optimization of paid media channels, spend, and tactics to achieve growth and KPI targets such as: CAC, CPO, ROAS, LTV
  • Work collaboratively with the digital and growth teams to identify new opportunities and ensure path to scale
  • Leverage customer and performance data to draw insights, develop hypotheses, and proactively identify opportunities to accelerate revenue growth
  • Forecast and track performance metrics with a focus on cost efficiency
  • Oversee concurrent campaigns and optimization experiments across multiple channels, ensuring collaborators keep projects on schedule and within scope
  • Report progress and communicate results and recommendations to the larger team and key stakeholders
  • Work with the creative team to develop high performing content across different channels
  • Lead and collaborate on internal projects to help achieve business goals and contribute wherever the team requires
  • Be a leading expert on the team and be able to influence and coach our more junior team members, helping positively impact and grow our talent pool
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to enhance our paid media efforts continuously.

Who You Are

  • Genuinely a nice human being / Fun person to work with
  • 4+ years experience in working in customer acquisition/growth/performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth while managing a $5M+ paid media budget
  • Proven expertise in managing and scaling ad platforms such as Google and Meta Ads Manager, plus demonstrated success with TikTok and Pinterest
  • Proficiency in GA4 or similar analytical tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication, written and verbal skills and attention to detail.
  • Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas
  • Highly proactive, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners to make things happen with limited resources
  • Fashion experience is a plus
