Your mission

As the Email & Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll take ownership of Näak's email and SMS marketing efforts across all markets. From building customer journeys to managing campaigns and flows, your work will directly drive customer retention and lifetime value. Your mission is simple: grow our retention through powerful email and SMS funnels. You'll turn data into insights, ideas into campaigns, and subscribers into loyal customers.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the email & SMS marketing strategy end-to-end
• Create, test, and optimize email and SMS campaigns to drive engagement and online sales
• Build and improve automated flows (welcome, post-purchase, abandoned cart, winback, etc.)
• Plan and execute lead capture strategies (pop-ups, landing pages, contests)
• Collaborate with our branding team to create high-performing content
• Analyze customer data to segment audiences and personalize communication
• Track performance and report on key KPIs: open rate, CTR, revenue, AOV, LTV
• Support promotional and content calendar planning
• Partner with sales, content, and brand teams to align campaigns with business goals
• Champion customer experience across the email funnel
• Help build stronger relationships between Näak and its growing community

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing for a DTC brand or agency
• Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, and Typeform
• Excellent copywriting in English and French
• A deep understanding of customer journeys and email best practices
• Analytical mindset: confident with data, segmentation, and reporting
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Curiosity and willingness to test, learn, and optimize
• Passion for endurance sports and the outdoors - being a runner or athlete is a big plus
• Knowledge of the sports nutrition industry is an asset
• Fluent in English & French - Spanish is a plus
