We're Hiring: Marketing Campaign Manager

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid or Remote within Canada)

Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000 CAD/year

Seniority Level: Intermediate to Senior

About the Role

Webware.ai is looking for a high-performance marketing campaign manager to take charge of lead generation, social media, content creation, branding, and website growth. This role will own the marketing engine that drives qualified traffic and conversions, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to meet growth goals.

We're not looking for someone to "manage marketing" - we're looking for someone to run it . You will own campaign strategy, drive execution, track performance , and ensure that the Webware brand is always firing on all cylinders.

Your Mission

  • Generate qualified leads that drive real revenue
  • Keep our campaigns, website, content, and brand aligned and active
  • Execute fast, smart, and with full ownership
  • Lead marketing while collaborating tightly with Sales and Product
  • Core Responsibilities

    1. Lead Generation Owner

    Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid, email, SEO, and organic

    Own funnel performance and weekly lead metrics

    2. Social Media & Content Manager

    Build and manage a rolling content calendar for social and blog

    Write or coordinate creation of all branded content (email, web, ads)

    Track content performance and engagement

    3. Website Maintenance & Optimization

    Update content, build landing pages, and support SEO efforts

    Collaborate with our dev team for improvements or fixes

    4. Brand Manager

    Own brand consistency across every channel

    Approve creative, messaging, and ensure all touchpoints reflect our tone and values

    5. Marketing Operations & Project Management

    Run the marketing request system (Pipefy), prioritize tasks, and manage timelines

    Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and keep deliverables on track

    6. Data & Reporting

    Track all major KPIs: traffic, conversions, CPL, lead quality, engagement, CAC,

    Report on campaign performance weekly and identify areas to improve

    You'll Crush This Role If You

    • Have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand gen, or growth roles
    • Are obsessed with campaign performance, lead quality, and driving results
    • Have experience using tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, ad platforms, SEO tools, and CMS systems
    • Experience collaborating with a strong Sales team
    • Write clear, persuasive marketing copy and can communicate with designers effectively
    • Love taking ownership and moving fast without waiting for permission
    • Have proven experience in a high-growth, tech, or startup environment
