Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the Advertising Team, one of the fastest growing teams at Client . Your focus will be on the Promoted Listings Priority (CPC) product suite to deliver complex e-commerce projects from inception to implementation. You'll get to partner with stakeholders horizontally and vertically within the organization - across product managers, engineers & technical leads, product marketing managers, sales and operations. You will be reporting directly into a Sr. Program Manager that will be taking care of the program's strategy and vision.
Responsibilities
- Run end to end lifecycle of complex projects that contribute to the Promoted Listings Priority CPC roadmap, from ideation to go to market
- Lead key operating rhythms within the organization and between partner teams; ensure that everyone is working together, solving cross org issues / communication / partner concerns in timely manner
- Anticipate, assess, and manage risks; perform as needed root cause analysis and recommend mitigation plans that have cross functional alignment
- Ensure clear status reporting is happening at all cross functional levels, including both leadership and individual stakeholders
- Develop supporting documentation for various forums and partners
- Build, document, and improve processes across geographically distributed teams/partners to optimize efficiency in a fast-pace environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in cross-functional environments spanning Product, Engineering, Sales, Ops, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Finance
- 2+ years of online advertising experience
- Self-starter with strong initiative-able to proactively identify scalable solutions and drive execution in ambiguous, matrixed environments with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to lead large-scale projects from conception to completion, motivating cross-functional teams and delivering on key milestones
- Hands-on, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on execution and follow-through
- Skilled at managing competing priorities and collaborating across distributed teams with both technical and non-technical members
- Strong stakeholder management-able to work transparently across all levels, ensure clarity on action items, and hold teams accountable without formal authority
- Clear, concise communicator with a focus on timely documentation, risk escalation, and alignment across stakeholders
- Willingness to be hands-on and flexible to do what's needed to deliver
- Proficient in tools like Jira, Google Suite, Outlook, etc.
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce
- Experience doing incubation projects or experimentation
- Technical know-how (agile methodologies, scrum formation, technical tools)
- Proficient in Airtable
