Job Title: Informatica ETL Migration Lead

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the Informatica version upgrade project from offshore.
• Analyze existing ETL inventory and finalize the upgrade strategy based on complexity.
• Perform hands-on upgrade of Informatica PowerCenter from lower to higher versions.
• Plan and document detailed steps for upgrading Informatica (e.g., from version 10.0.0 to 10.5.3).
• Troubleshoot issues arising post-upgrade, especially during the testing phase.
• Monitor the one-time Informatica upgrade process and review deliverables from the entire upgrade team.
• Utilize PowerCenter tools:
• Informatica Designer
• Repository Manager
• Workflow Manager
• Workflow Monitor
• Work with various Informatica transformations:
• Source Qualifier
• Aggregator
• Filter
• Joiner
• Update Strategy
• Lookups
• Expression
• Router
• Sequence Generator
• Review upgrade team deliverables.
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and attend governance calls.
• Lead the go-live process after successful upgrades and testing phases.
• Demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and technical innovation.
• Oracle 19c knowledge is a plus.
• Lead and mentor a team of ETL developers.

Secondary Skills:
