SPM Consultant with a focus on the SPM Domain you will work on multiple projects and be responsible for requirement gathering.

(You will ideally be based in the Toronto area and happy to go to the office once a week (Wednesday's) )

We're looking for a SPM Consultant to join our team. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business needs. You'll work in a collaborative team and have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects.

In This Role, You Will:

• Develop and implement solution architecture for end to end SPM implementations and integrations.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Work on application integration and ensure alignment with business processes.
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing improvements in workflows and planning processes.

About You

You will be an experienced Consultant with strong experience in the SPM Domain. Below are some highlights of the expectations but if you are missing some but have strong SPM Experience - let's speak!

• 3+ years of experience within the SPM domain - specifically Incentives and Commissions
• Strong technical experience
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Strong Communication skills and a proactive approach

Salary

For the successful Consultant with SPM Domain Experience, you can expect a salary in the range of:

CA$ 120,000 - CA$ 130,000 + Bonus and Benefits
