We are seeking a skilled Dispatch & Logistics Manager to oversee haulage operations across our Groups. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient transportation of materials and fostering strong relationships with third-party brokers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate haulage requirements to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Develop and negotiate contracts with third-party brokers for competitive services.
  • Implement GPS tracking and monitor truck efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, CVOR regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Manage the dispatch team, conduct performance evaluations, and promote career development.
  • Analyze cost tracking data to identify improvements and savings in haulage operations.
  • Train office administration staff on logistics processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of dispatch experience managing 150+ daily haulers.
  • High School Diploma; experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint) is required.
  • Understanding of finance and budgeting concepts; knowledge of JWS, JDE, and Power BI is preferred.
