Position Overview

Bray Controls Canada Ltd. is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic college graduate to join our team as a Sales Administrator. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Application Engineering, preparing them for a successful career in sales administration.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Inside Sales:
  • Assist in the accurate and efficient distribution of quotations.
  • Manage, schedule, and file important documents both via paper and digital means.
  • Engage in market-leading sales support and provide high-energy customer service.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities.
  • Customer Service:
  • Develop and implement processes to effectively utilize online tools for customer service operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Application Engineering:
  • Provide support on scheduling training.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to obtain information needed to provide technical solutions.

Qualifications

  • Recent college graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) an asset.
