Job Summary:
TPI Companies is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven "hunter" to join our team as a Sales Manager for Recruitment Services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling temporary and permanent staffing solutions within the recruitment industry. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, and an unwavering drive to win.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development (Hunting):
- Actively identify, prospect, and secure new clients for both temporary and permanent recruitment services through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their staffing challenges and present tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our client base.
- Negotiate and close new business agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Collaborate internally with our recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
Sales Strategy & Performance:
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve and exceed individual and team sales quotas.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline information and client records in the CRM system.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Industry Expertise:
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Leverage industry knowledge to articulate TPI Companies' value proposition effectively.
- Represent TPI Companies at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Qualifications:
- Solid Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable sales experience specifically within the recruitment/staffing industry, with a strong focus on selling temporary and permanent staffing solutions.
- "Hunter" Mentality: Proven ability to proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with a strong emphasis on cold outreach and prospecting.
- Results-Oriented: A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding challenging sales targets.
