Join MECATHERM and help shape the future of industrial baking! We're looking for a dynamic Account Manager - Services to build strong relationships with our customers and help them get the most out of their MECATHERM equipment and services.

What You'll Do

  • Be the go-to contact for customers in your region (North America), building long-term relationships from plant directors to operators.
  • Drive sales of MECATHERM's service portfolio and digital solutions-think maintenance contracts, line optimization, and performance tools.
  • Support customers in achieving operational excellence by identifying their needs and recommending tailored service solutions.
  • Collaborate internally with the parts, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Own the customer experience after project completion-making sure they're supported through warranty, maintenance, and beyond.
  • Identify growth opportunities by understanding customer operations, KPIs, and budget cycles.
  • Lead negotiations and close service deals, ensuring timely execution and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, ideally with experience in industrial services, maintenance contracts, or digital solutions.
  • A customer-first mindset and ability to build trust at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience or knowledge in bakery/pastry production, maintenance, or industrial equipment (bonus if you know MECATHERM equipment!).
  • Confidence using CRM tools and MS Office to manage relationships and opportunities.
  • A degree in engineering (mechanical, automation, industrial, or food tech) or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional language is a plus).
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites.
