You will identify and qualify potential clients, establish relationships, and set meetings for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential veterinary practices and clinics that would benefit from Scribenote.
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in our solutions.
- Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain and update our CRM with lead information and engagement activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and outreach.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other sales assets tailored to veterinary professionals.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help shape our product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in a software company or in the veterinary industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with prospects and build relationships quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft, Amplemarket, or Apollio.io) is a strong plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Has previously had a quota carrying role.

Salary Range
We're offering a total compensation range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, which may include a mix of base salary, annual bonus, and equity. Additional benefits include comprehensive health coverage and opportunities for career advancement.
