We are looking for an energetic, collaborative Recruitment Coordinator for a 6-month contract.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and handling all recruitment initiatives for all business units. Reporting to the Director of HR, you will lead full-cycle recruitment activities-from job posting and sourcing to candidate engagement and onboarding. This is a hands-on, highly visible role where you'll drive recruitment operations, promote Auburn Group as an employer of choice, and help new hires succeed from day one.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Schedule interviews (phone, virtual, in-person) with candidates, hiring managers, and panels using a variety of channels including job boards, networking, and social media
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
  • Maintain and optimize applicant tracking
  • Manage all communication and confirmations with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare interview guides, agendas, and materials to ensure interviewers are equipped and prepared
  • Track and follow up on interview feedback to keep the process moving
  • Develop and update job descriptions and recruitment materials in collaboration with hiring managers

Recruitment Operations & Analytics

  • Generate recruitment reports and track key metrics to support continuous improvement
  • Ensure accuracy of job postings and data throughout the hiring process

Onboarding & Candidate Experience

  • Coordinate onboarding logistics to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Act as the key point of contact for candidates and new employees during the hiring and onboarding phases

Candidate Experience

  • Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for candidates throughout the process
  • Ensure all communication reflects the employer's brand and values
  • Help create a smooth and positive candidate journey from start to finish

HR Collaboration & Support

  • Stay current with recruiting best practices and employment market trends
  • Support the HR department with additional projects and initiatives as needed

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similarly detail-focused role
  • 2 year(s): Demonstrated sourcing capabilities to hire for high skilled or hard to fill positions
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills-you're the one people trust to keep everything on track
  • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and external job boards including Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and comfortable learning new tools quickly
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Self-starter who thrives in a demanding environment and is comfortable working independently with remote team support
