Our team is hiring an Office Services Assistant to join our wealth management practice. Our office is Downtown, accessible via the PATH, close to Union Station. This is a Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm, in-office role. The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of experience in a similar environment, such as a wealth management firm / investment firm / accounting firm / law firm.

In this role, you would be wearing multiple hats, taking care of a variety of things, including but not limited to:

  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Taking care of office/kitchen stock
  • Working with mail/couriers
  • Receptionist relief when the full-time person goes to lunch/break
  • General office administrative duties

This role pays in the $55,000-$60,000 salary range and comes with a robust RRSP plan, comprehensive benefits plan, and 3 weeks of vacation.
