We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst to support our testing center of excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining automation strategies, performing manual and automated testing , System Integration Testing (SIT), and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Additionally, this role involves collaborating with the QA lead and QA Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Strategy & Execution:

Define test plans and strategies from a project perspective.

Determine the scope of automation , automation strategy and define and implement automation framework & best practices by leading automation for the stream.

Perform Functional, Regression, System Integration Testing (SIT) and End to end tests while providing support for User Acceptance Test (UAT).

Perform manual testing tasks and collaborate with Analysts, Product Owners, development team etc. to gather understanding of the functionality.

Work closely with the QA lead and QA Manager to ensure timely project delivery.

Automation & Testing Execution:

Automate test cases for B2B and B2C web platform and mobile Apps including cross browser/ devices automation preferably with tools such as Browser Stack with Selenium.

Use Postman for API testing.

Perform SQL queries for database validation.

Defect Management & Collaboration:

Track and manage defects using JIRA.

Create and execute test cases using Zephyr.

Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements.

Support UAT execution and provide necessary test data.

Process Improvement & Team Support:

Optimize testing workflows for better efficiency.

Mentor and guide team members in test methodologies and automation.

Ensure seamless handover of testing activities before and after the leave period.

Technical Skills & Tools:

Test Automation: Website / web platform and cross browser automation using Browser Stack (with Selenium)

API Testing: Postman

Database Testing: SQL

Test Case Management: Zephyr

Defect Tracking & Project Management: JIRA

Ideal Candidate Profile:

5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.

Strong expertise in test automation, manual testing for eCommerce platforms specially in Retail industry.

Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work closely with the QA lead and QA Manager to ensure project timelines are met.
