Are you a skilled Project Manager with SAP experience ready to take your career to the next level? Join the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) as we advance our SAP modernization roadmap in the Time, Attendance, and Scheduling domain.

We're seeking an Intermediate Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support the Senior Project Manager in the implementation of SAP's Workforce Software solution.

What You'll Do:

• Support and coordinate delivery for a large-scale SAP Time & Attendance implementation.

• Manage project plans, risks, and issue logs with precision.

• Oversee project documentation, scope changes, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, steering committees, and vendors.

• Follow SAP Activate Methodology and ensure successful go-live and post-go-live activities.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects (preferably SAP).

• PMP Certification (mandatory).

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in stakeholder reporting and vendor coordination.

• Ability to manage large-scale, transformational projects.

Nice to Have:

• Background in Time & Attendance systems.

• Post-secondary education in business, finance, engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in change management and training coordination.

• Duration: 108 weeks

• Start Date: June 30, 2025

• Location: Onsite 2 days/week at 250 Bloor Street East or other GTA locations
