Position: Senior Retail Sales Analyst

Location: Mississauga, ON

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ET

Work Structure: 4 days' a week

Job Type: 6-month contract to start

Our client is looking for a Senior Retail Sales Analyst to support data-driven decision-making through timely reporting, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. This role focuses on retail performance, inventory management, SAP systems, and driving process improvements across supply chain and logistics functions.

Responsibilities:

- Data & Reporting: Deliver timely insights for sales, trade spend, inventory, forecasts, and product allocation. Support business reviews with data synthesis and dashboard maintenance.

- Inventory Management: Track shipments and SKUs, manage inventory levels, resolve SAP discrepancies, and support demand planning.

- Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate with SKUs/3PL partners on inventory flow, returns, and clinical trials. Ensure compliance with QA and SOPs.

- Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve systems and outcomes.

- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and Power BI (PowerQuery, DataFlows, VBA a plus), SAP ERP proficiency including IDOC management and invoicing support.

- Collaboration: Work with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Quality, and Operations to exceed business goals and support cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in sales analysis, inventory management, or supply chain roles.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP ERP systems.

- Experience working with 3PLs and understanding of logistics processes.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
