Fuel Transport is seeking a Customer Sales Representative for our office located in Brampton, ON. This role requires a high level of responsibility and leadership to generate strategic sales growth initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of qualified accounts, ensuring long-term growth and client satisfaction.

Detailed Job Description:
- Generate new accounts by following market trends to better understand client needs and available business opportunities.
- Influence senior customer stakeholders and negotiate complex sales.
- Anticipate customer needs and develop sales strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
- Conduct daily outbound outreach via email, phone, and social drips using sales engagement software to connect with new prospects
- Engage senior executives and marketing in targeted prospect accounts and orchestrate discussions around their complex business needs
- Acquire relevant business information which will be used to generate both effective pricing solutions and service solutions for new prospects.
- Establish and maintain new accounts acquired through rigorous follow-up and monitoring.
- Identify new business opportunities and coordinate meetings with the decision makers of the client's organization.
- Manage multiple accounts and submissions simultaneously.

Skills & Requirements:
- At least five (5) years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience with a proven track record of sales/business development in the 3PL industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with an influential, consultative, and solutions-oriented approach
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative.
- Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team player.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel within North America.
