About Wondershare

Our mission is to build technology and software products that make every idea achievable for the new generation of creatives. And we empower our Canadian team to take on the most creative challenges to make this possible.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who is deeply experienced in building strategic partnerships within the digital product and creative tools ecosystem. You'll play a key role in expanding Wondershare's footprint across North America by identifying, negotiating, and activating high-impact collaborations.

This role requires someone who not only understands how to build strong business relationships-but has a directly transferable network and a proven method for turning connections into strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential partners in the online tools, SaaS, and creative industries (e.g. design, content creation, productivity).
  • Build and manage long-term strategic relationships with platforms, creators, agencies, and technology providers.
  • Leverage your existing professional network and industry connections to accelerate go-to-market partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure partnerships align with product goals and brand strategy.
  • Drive negotiation processes from exploration to agreement to execution.
  • Analyze partnership performance and optimize for growth and mutual value.
  • You're a great fit if you:

    • Have 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances-preferably in online product or SaaS companies.
    • Possess a background or strong understanding of design, creative workflows, or creative software.
    • Are highly self-driven with a track record of initiating and scaling partnerships independently.
    • Have a well-established network in the creative, tech, or online services industry, and know how to activate those connections professionally and effectively.
    • Can speak the language of both business and design, and thrive in cross-functional collaboration.
    • Are based in Vancouver or willing to relocate/work hybrid in our Vancouver office.

Wondershare is an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, ancestry, place of origin, religion, family status, marital status, physical disability, mental disability, sex, age, sexual orientation, political belief, or conviction of a criminal or summary conviction offense unrelated to their employment.
