Skills and Responsibilities:

•Good years of Workday HCM experience

•Strong hands-on experience with Core HCM, Business Process Configuration, Security, Reporting (Advanced & Calculated Fields)

•Experience working in on-premises or hybrid environments

•Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

•Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of business executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

•Very good articulation skills and lead to drive focused meetings with various stakeholders (business & IT)

•Ability to think analytically and should have excellent problem-solving skills.

•Excellent time management skills? Ability to work independently and good project management skills

•Lead and support Workday HCM implementations and enhancements.

•Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday HCM configurations.

•Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to support core HCM operations, data integrity, and reporting.

•Manage change requests, troubleshoot issues, and support integrations with third-party systems.

•Ensure compliance with internal policies and security standards.

•Conduct testing, training, and documentation as needed.

•Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Core Connectors.

•Handle data conversion from legacy systems to Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
