Remote 12-Month Contract

Our client is seeking a motivated, bilingual junior professional to join their team as a Pursuit Project Specialist. This is an entry-level with 4+ years of experience role supporting proposal development, AI tools, and communication initiatives. The position offers a remote, full-time schedule with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support AI-related initiatives by collaborating with internal teams and technical experts
• Assist in content gathering and organization for AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and help develop AI agents
• Monitor Anglophone and Francophone bidder sites, order RFPs, and assist in proposal submissions

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
• Background in business, with knowledge of library science or proposal writing as a plus
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
