We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer specializing in Genesys Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in testing, configuring, and validating Genesys Cloud solutions, particularly in the context of contact center migration projects.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the delivery of Genesys Cloud solutions for contact centers.
• Perform migration, configuration, and functional validation testing.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure smooth integration.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts.
• Identify, document, and track defects.
• Provide support during and after deployment.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience testing Genesys Cloud solutions.
• Good understanding of contact center technologies.
• Proficiency with test automation tools.
• Scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Assets:

• Experience with other platforms such as NICE.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and deployment models.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Genesys Cloud certification.
