We're looking for a collaborative and driven Senior Business Analyst to join a high-performing investment technology team supporting complex trading and post-trade operations. In this role, you'll work directly with traders, investment professionals, and developers to design and deliver critical system, and process improvements that keep front-office operations sharp, efficient, and future ready.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with front-office and operations teams to gather and clarify business and system requirements
• Translate business needs into clear documentation for development teams
• Support the design and enhancement of trading workflows, from execution to settlement
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
• Create process maps (as-is/to-be), identify gaps, and recommend improvements
• Investigate system or data issues and provide solutions with a focus on root cause
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation on processes and system changes

What You Bring:

• At least 4+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role in a capital markets environment
• Strong understanding of trading workflows, trade lifecycle, and products such as equities and OTC derivatives
• Hands-on experience working with front-office stakeholders (e.g., traders, portfolio managers)
• Comfortable using SQL and working with relational databases
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team
